Win Forever is an assortment of tools and philosophies to help coaches achieve their maximum potential as mentors and teachers. The methodology was created by company figurehead, coach Pete Carroll.
We worked with the Win Forever team to define a business model and a digital strategy to go forward to build their business. Our first piece of execution was on the Win Forever website where they talk about what it is and showcase the events they put on for football coaches. The second piece we released was a web app that built off a lot of the work they have done around personal assessment.
Their business model continues to evolve and we are continuing to build on both website and web app.
